Your regional authority in Inspection, Certification and Lifting Solutions
We are passionate about assisting you in crafting a working environment that complies entirely with all aspects of occupational health and safety legislation, and that eliminates any and all risks associated with environments within the lifting solutions industry.
All lifting machinery is required by legislation to be load tested every 12 months. Where a load test certificate has expired, it is illegal to use the uncertified machine. In addition, a visual inspection of the load tested machinery is required every 6 months.
Lifting equipment and tackle must be examined/inspected quarterly. It is therefore essential to comply with these safety protocols to prevent accidents, to maintain safe operations and to be legally compliant.
Companies attending to the abovementioned load testing and inspections are legally required to be registered with the Department of Labour as a Lifting Machinery Entity (LME).
